Workshop speaker: Torie Weiston-Serdan, Executive Director of Youth Mentoring Action Network and author of Critical Mentoring

Each year, Midlands Mentoring Partnership (MMP) brings hundreds of youth providers, mentoring professionals, mentors, school personnel, community and business leaders, public servants, the Mayor of Omaha, and a wide audience together to focus on best practices for youth mentoring. The luncheon features an awards presentation where businesses, mentors, and advocates are honored for their contributions, and a keynote speaker highlights the latest trends in mentoring and education. Following the luncheon, Torie Weiston-Serdan, author of Critical Mentoring, will present a workshop on mentoring marginalized youth.
