Make a 12 month minimum commitment to developing and maintaining a relationship with mentee.

One-to-one meetings are scheduled between mentors and mentees throughout the year. Group workshops and activities are conducted every 3rd Saturday of the month.
Mentors receive local and national training to better prepare them for a successful mentoring relationship. Prepared mentors experience the joy of helping young men to be Respectful, Responsible and Ready to Lead, and a fellowship with other like minded individuals.
